Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1989 Jeep Wrangler. This is a Very special Jeep! Opportunity to get one that has EVERYTHING! You don’t just run across Available Jeeps like this on a regular basis. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s as much ready for the showroom floor as it is for the woods. Regardless, it will make someone Very Happy! Everything from the seats/interior, engine & chrome kit, to the flo-master exhaust system is brand new! My dad doesn't like to cut any Corners. He added lots of the chrome accents and other items that Personally Perfected it for him! It is far from a fixer upper... there may be certain things that the buyer may want to change to their liking (based on their intent of use), but as it sits – it’s as close to a trophy as a jeep can get. It is pretty on the outside, but TRUST me when I say - This Is A BEAST of a Jeep on the inside! My dad has always enjoyed buying, fixing, and playing with “Man Toys” throughout his life. Everything from motorcycles, VW Beatles (Baja’s), Jeeps, Sportscars, ect… Although he has aged and no longer has the time/energy to work on them like before, he still has the “Itch” and likes to buy and enjoy them when the opportunity presents itself. Our family is from Tennessee, but my dad had to relocate to Texas for his job about 12 years ago. Dad has always been fond of the 89’ Wrangler due to the square headlights. He and my stepmother had been thinking about getting a jeep to get out and enjoy in the fall/winter and on the weekends. My dad mentioned to my Uncle that he was possibly in the market for a Jeep, and asked him to keep an eye out. As luck would have it, a Gentleman that attends my Uncles’ church had a Jeep that he had been thinking of selling. After my uncle told my dad about how exceptional all aspects of the jeep were (the engine, interior, and exterior) and he saw the pictures, he fell in love with it! A few months later, Dad bought it and my uncle put it on a trailer and transported it from Tennessee to Texas. So, what’s the problem…Why is it being sold? My dad purchased it around the first of the year. Since then, he has had time to get used to it and it has turned out to just have too much power for him and my stepmother's needs. We love it, but at this point the only option is to change much of what makes it great OR pass it on to its’ next lucky owner. To the benefit of the bidder, dad has chosen to put it up for Auction. It’s typically very hard to get the owner of an Automobile that has been given this amount of care & time to Separate/Sell. Trust me, neither my dad nor my stepmother want to see it go, but it’s just too much jeep for what they’re needing. My name is Brandon and my father’s name is Scott. This Jeep belongs to my father. I am simply listing and managing the auction for him. I’ve listed vehicles for friends/family in the past; therefore I know how critical it is to make the Description thorough as possible. If you would rather speak with me or my dad, I will provide/exchange contact information and we can communicate by phone. Ebay only allowed me to post 24 pictures, therefore I had to post less than I wanted.
