Vehicle Detail

What we have here is a very sweeeeeeeet 1969 Dart that has the original California black plates, where the car has been all its life. I personally sanded down the original B5 blue to bare metal to find out that the body was extremely rust free with only three or four minor pinholes and only minor body damage. This car is straight as an arrow without a drop of rust. The car was then primed with self etching rust resistant primer, then poly primed, then block sanded down, and painted with semi-gloss hot rod black acrylic paint with catalyst. It gives it the nice, satin finish. You can take this car and make it into a HEMI clone and paint it any color you want or cruise it as it is. It is a very nice cruiser car. It originally came with air conditioning, but is no longer hooked up under the hood. The car has not been registered, or on the road at all in six years. I recently changed the fuel filter, fuel tank, fuel pump, cleaned the lines, and basically checked everything out because it's been sitting for 6 years, and needed an update. Carpet's been replaced, the headliners been replaced, the floorboards are in mint condition, the seats are redone to original. This car has been converted over to power disc breaks in the front, and it has 15" cop wheels. Police Interceptor wheels with hubcaps. The tires are P205 70 15" BF Goodrich Touring tires. All the chrome and trim on this car is extremely bright and complete. The bumpers are extremely bright and shiny with no signs of rust. This is one of the nicest, straightest, non-butchered up Darts I've ever seen. It's not hot rodded. This MOPAR starts, runs, shifts and stops well. However, it runs a little rough at idle, but as said it's been sitting for 6 years, it needs to be driven. The carburetor might need to be cleaned out. I have a reasonable reserve on this car, but I'm not going to say what it is. This is rust free California car, so all you East Coast Camaro, Chevelle, GTOs, 442, guys, don't be afraid to buy a Mopar. You won't find a better Dart for the money. Shipping is responsibility of the buyer, but the car IS for sale locally, too, if you are in the Southern California area. If you have any questions, drop me a message or give me a call at (619) 206 2500. My name is Paul and I'd be happy to help you with any questions.
