Up for sale is a 1999 plymonth neon i have used for a work car for over a year now. It has some small issues that would be a easy fix for someone who works on vehicles. I dont work on cars nor do i want to. The only thing it needs is a belt i tried starting it which it starts right up but a belt was squealing and started to smoke so i shut it off. The transmission shifts rough sometimes but i just been using lucas add it seems to help. a/c does not work and does have rust as seen in pictures. Car cannot be driven until belt is replaced. Tires are good just had a complete tune up this summer also new brakes. Feel free to ask questions or come look at it. Also has a cracked windshield. This will be a NO RESERVE auction GOOD LUCK!
