The GTS model, introduced for 2009, slots between the S and Turbo, and gets a 405-horsepower version of the V-8 along with larger wheels, and a retuned suspension. The GTS also includes a Sport setting that controls its exhaust note as well as suspension calibration. It is lighter than the Cayenne S and has an aerodynamic body kit. The Porsche Cayenne GTS has a 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) time of 5.7 seconds. The GTS version adds to its V-8 and all-wheel-drive powertrain a set of 21-inch wheels with 35-series tires, which in turn require extended wheel arches. The body has been lowered, and inside, the GTS gets new front and rear seats. All U.S. versions will come with Porsche’s Active Suspension Management system, which uses electronic controls to dictate the responses of its air suspension.
