Up for sale is a 2000 Ford F-150 work series with the Propane kit and the 5.4L Triton V8. Propane works nicely, and does cross over to regular gas. Propane provides about 2500 BTUs for the same volume of natural gas that only gives 1000 BTUs. This was a city vehicle at one point, and was properly maintained. All fluides are current, and the Goodyear tires look about 90%. The truck runs great, and shifts through all the gears as it should, and the brakes work good as well. The A/C is ice cold. No power windows, or door locks. No alarm system. There is a working strobe light on the roof. The Seat will be needing a seat cover. The dash looks great under the dash cover with no cracks. Radio works good too. This is a straight body, and it's an AZ vehicle, so it is 100% rust free. I am having trouble removing the sticker residue from the doors, so you can still see the outline of the city that used this truck. Overall, this is a solid truck, and will last for many years to come. There really isn't much else to say other than, this is a good work truck, and everything is working as it should. Note: The service engine light is on, and it probably could use new spark plugs, which I am not about to change, because they are difficult to get to and it is a delicate operation. The front windshield is cracked, but mostly on the passenger side, so if you don't care then just leave it. Otherwise great truck! Only one code came up, should be an easy fix. Both gas, and propane tanks were run all the way down at one point, and this could be the cause? This code can be verified when the new owner comes to get the truck. I filled the propane tank half way recently, and the gas tank is almost 3/4 full . On Aug-30-11 at 14:00:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: I have just listed a second propane vehicle, so if you are not the lucky bidder on this vehicle, you may have a good chance on the other truck. They are nearly identicle in features. These are the only two trucks with propane that I have at this time, and I'm not sure when or if i will get any more. I also have a Fire vehicle as well. Thanks
