Here we have the project you've been waiting for, a European delivery matching numbers 1965 Porsche 356 SC Sunroof Coupe in rare Bali Blue (6412) over red interior. Bali Blue was one of only four special order colors for 1965. If you want the pinnacle of 356 evolution, it doesn't get any sweeter than this. The 356SC was Porsche's final iteration of the long 356 run and represents its full refinement with the most horsepower and 4-wheel disc brakes. This sunroof coupe bears chassis number 222121 with matching engine 821777. With this rare and exciting color combination, when this restoration is complete you will be looking at one of the most exclusive 356s on the road. This is a solid project with great metal. Check out the photos of the underside and you will see that this car needs very little work underneath. The engine turns freely. The instruments are in great shape. It is currently protected by a coat of yellow primer/sealer. Door panels look good. Front and rear seats are included but will need recovering (see pics). All of the brakes are there. The sunroof motor and switch are intact. The desirable Euro heating system is still on the engine -- real heat!
