Up for auction I have a 1999 Volkswagon Passat VR6 5 speed sedan. This car is in pretty good shape as you can see in the pictures. It has about every option there was in a Passat this model year. There are too many options to list. Don't let the mileage fool you, this car runs great. No knocks, no smoke, just a great running motor. The transmission and clutch also shift nice and have no problems. This car came from the factory with 190Hp stock and still gets 29 MPG hwy. WARNING: If you drive this car, you will want this car. This car begs for curvy roads with its 17" factory wheels & tires and tight suspension. Plenty of power for passing or pulling out into traffic. This car has been professionally serviced for years. The timing belt has been replaced recently, the front brakes are new, the front shocks are new and it's had a recent tune up as well. Now, for the bad. The windshield is cracked. The RPM gauge does not work. The A/C does not work. The glovebox door handle is broke. There is a spot of rust on the left rear door around the moulding area(see pic). There is a tear in the passenger seat covered by black tape. The rear bumper has a scuff on the left side(see pic) and also crinkles in the paint from being bumped lightly in the rear(see pic). The are a few dings and tiny dents and scratches. The decklid has a pretty deep scratch as well. I tried to show it in a pic. The check engine light is on but I have not scanned it for code/codes. It should not be anything major since the car runs so nice. I think that is about it. I am trying to be as honest as possible. If i forgot anything it is non-intentional. I am really being as picky and thorough as possible. If you have any questions please ask and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
