This clean little pickup is ready for a new home. It is running driving and registered in California. We have a clear title on hand and the truck is available for worldwide shipment. The truck's body is fairly straight especially for a vintage truck that were typically used and abused back in the day. The body panels and paint are largely original. It looks as if the front fenders and hood have been replaced at some point and are in a flat white paint. From the doors back the truck looks to be original with original paint. The bed is very clean with straight panels and doesn't look like it was used very much for hauling. The doors on the truck shut very nicely and are still aligned very nicely. I have been over and under this truck and while it has some surface rust here and there I could find no evidence of rust through/rot-out. Overall this is a clean body and it does not rattle excessively when driving down the road like most old trucks you will find. The original interior is still intact and is fairly presentable. While you can see in the pictures it not longer mint it still retains much of its charm and shows evidence that this has been well cared for over the years. All the original instruments are present and in working order as well as the windshield wipers, heater and turn signals. The original 223ci inline 6 cylinder engine fires right up. It has the usual ford inline six valve train clatter but does not smoke or miss. The spunky little six is backed by a 3 speed manual transmission on the column ("Three on the Tree"). The truck's suspension has firm feel; it does not pull or drift and the steering does not have excessive play. The truck's brakes are in good working order and they do not pull even when braking heavily. All the glass in the truck is in good condition and is free of major cracks or chips. The door windows roll up and down smooth. The aluminum grill is still in fairly good shape for its age and is straight. A brand new chrome bumper was installed a couple of weeks ago. The truck rolls on original 16" steel wheels with original hub caps. The heavy duty tires are in fair condition and appear to have plenty or tread like left on them but they are on the older side. This truck still wears its original black and and yellow Folsom State Prison stamped California license plates with matching dealer plate frames. Overall, this classic work horse is in good restorable condition. The truck is good candidate for restoration or as is for a survivor type driver. Please view the numerous pictures we have provided so you can get an idea of its condition. We highly encourage all prospective buyers to come to our shop and inspect the truck in person. The truck runs and drives with good of power and it does not overheat, even in our 100 degree Sacramento weather. It has been driven on the freeway and has no trouble maintaining freeway speeds.
