This is my beautiful 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with the factory LT1 260HP Corvette motor. This car gets great fuel economy, about 25 MPG highway. This car is loaded with equipment, including automatic climate control with COLD A/C, leather upholstery with power heated memory seats, premium audio system with AM/FM cassette and CD player, cruise control, remote keyless entry, dual airbags, ABS brakes, traction control, aluminum wheels, plus all power locks, windows, etc. This car just came as a trade from a 62 year old woman who kept it garaged during her entire ownership of the car. The Brougham is the most luxurious model of the Fleetwood- with every option. This car runs and drives beautifully. The engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc are all working great. The A/C blows cold. The car has NO mechanical or electrical problems. There are no warning lights illuminated. I would trust this car to drive to California and back. The interior of the car looks excellent. The leather upholstery and carpets are in great shape, and the car is very clean inside. The body of the car is in great shape. The paint appears to be all-original. The body is straight, clean and in great condition. The only small spot of rust on the car is by the driver's side rear wheel skirt. Just a few bubbles. Otherwise the car is rust-free and super clean. This is a great car. Reliable, clean and economical to drive. It is also extremely comfortable, smooth and powerful. This was the last of the rear-drive luxurious Cadillac sedans. They are getting harder and harder to find in clean condition. This one could make a great everyday driver- there are no mechanical problems or issues. The tires have good tread also. This car is kept in my building in Willoughby, OH.
