You are bidding on a very nice example of a well kept original 1972 Ford F250 Ranger XLT Camper Special. I purchased this truck from my older brother that has owned it since 1984. He had purchased it from the original owner. This truck is very solid with no rust anywhere. My brother had parked the truck about 8 years ago so when I purchased it I decided to restore it to it's original grandure. The restoration included the following; -NEW TIRES -NEW FRONT ROTORS/CALIPERS/AND BRAKE PADS -NEW ALUMINUM RADIATOR -COMPLETE REBUILD OF MOTOR TOP END -NEW MATCHING PAINT -TRANSMISSION AND REAR END SERVICE, -NEW BATTERY -NEW RINO URETHANE BED LINING -NEW DASH PAD COVER -REPLACEMENT FRONT GRILL ASSEMBLY -NEW BLINKER AND SIDE MARKER LAMPS -NEW WOOD GRAIN ON SIDE MOLDINGS -DETAILED ALL CHROM AND STAINLESS TRIM -REBUILT CARB -ALL NEW BELTS -NEW CAP,ROTOR,POINTS,WIRES,PLUGS,OIL,FILTERS,ECT... -THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM HAS BEEN SERVICED AND BLOWS FREEZING COLD AIR. WORKS GREAT! I have over $9,000 invested in this restoration. The reserve is set way below this amount. My loss is your gain! This truck looks great now and is a pleasure to drive. It has cruise control, air conditioning, tachometer, auxzillary fuel tank, rear bumper extensions for mounting a camper on the truck. Everything works on this truck except the tac is not connected, the aux fuel tank is not hooked up, the original seat cover has some tears in it, and the original dash has a crack in the middle. All of these items are easy to repair. I am selling this truck to pay off some business debts otherwise I would be proud to keep it.
