This 2001 Audi a4 1.8T Quattro is waiting for you to take it home today. Yes, the odometer does read only 148,357 miles, and is guaranteed accurate, which means this is one really great deal just based off the mileage. The 1.8 Liter inline-4 engine gets great gas mileage (27mpg) and performs well on the highway. The AWM 1.8t engine accelerates strongly and more than holds its own in the toughest of traffic. The sports tuned suspension hugs the road like nobody's business. With winter around the corner, the Quattro system works its magic in the snow. Overall, the exterior is in really good shape with just a few missing trim pieces and insignificant blemishes in the finish that aren't even noticeable from a short distance. While not totally new looking, the interior is quite nice and clean with no stains or tears in it and is very presentable. I have done some serious work to this car in the last 500 miles, the timing belt snapped and did damage to the engine. The whole engine was taken apart and rebuilt with oem parts from audi, which everyone knows is very pricey. Therfore, you have a brand new engine in this car that will last 300k miles easily if you maintain it like it should be. Every major mechanical system has been inspected and found to be in perfect working order. The AC blows cold, the tires are brand new from Goodyear and the brake pads were replaced at the same time. I believe the price posted above is more the feasible with the amount of money and hard work that was put into this car. I do have receipts for head work since it needed to get machined in a shop. The pistons in the engine were replaced along with the rings and all bearing, the cylinder walls were honed and the main caps were line honed for proper wear-in of rings and bearings, the rods were refreshed and the crankshaft was polished so the bearings were replaced along with all torque to yield bolts. Basicly a brand new engine. The clutch was replaced at the same time since it only made sense that the engine was out. I do have the front bumper lip and drivers side rear door molding but if you have any more questions feel free to message me.
