THAT'S SOMETHING I'M VERY SURE OF AFTER TEST DRIVING AND EXAMINING EVERYTHING. 1997 Bmw convertible Z 3 1.9 Liter 5 Speed stick shift, clutch is perfect, no issues shifts perfect. Power windows Power locks Both passenger & driver air bags Both driver & passenger power seats Disc Cd changer in the trunk, as well there is a cassette player & factory Bmw Sterio The tool compartment, and all the original tools are perfect, and never been used, the same with the spare tire original never used, never had a problem with getting stuck, or breaking down ever!! The condition of this car reflects the very low mileage it has, its a very rare thing to see a car this age in this kind of condition, this car has the potential of looking brand new again with some cosmetic things done, which are all spelled out below. This car looks great just the way it is however under very close examination you can see the clear coat/ top coat of clear paint needs to be redone on the car, the clear coat has chipped away you can see it if you look close at the pictures. there are some spots that do not need to be touched, however the car has never been hit or repainted, but if you want the car to look brand new, you may want to have the top clear coat redone. There are four Bmw emblems, I would replace all of them., you can buy those right here on ebay, they are all the same size. *****All of the following was just done in the last two weeks, New Fuel Pump, New Brakes Front & Rear,New rotors and New Pads, All Four Brand New Tires, The A/c was fixed needed a few things to make it work correctly, Over $2,000. in repairs were just done in the last 2 weeks when you come to see & drive the car, all of these repairs will be obvious. This is a 1 owner car, I am selling this car for the original owner, as all of my vehicles I list here, most are low mileage nice cars. Thats what this one is as well I am extremely EXACT in my description of vehicles My Feedback is 100% as a result. ******PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING, I have spent allot of time & money making this car what it is now, its clean, the car runs incredible. I personally drove this car for a total of 20 miles to get a feel & to be able to properly discribe the performance of it, you can drive this thing cross country without issue, however I'm selling this car in as is condition. I can not garentee the car, I can tell you the owner never drove the car, the fuel pump went and he bought a new car. He barely drove the car when he did own it, thats why the miles are so low. The fuel pump is new, I'm taking the car back to my mechanic, because the fuel gauge on the dash flexuates from empty to full, all the time, I'm positive the car has a full tank of gas, he said it may be a loose wire, I will attempt to fix this issue, NOT GARANTEE IT. The top needs to be replaced, if you have a garage to keep it in, its something that can wait, you can buy a brand new one right here on ebay for $350., I have the original window, it melted from being left outside without a cover, you may also know someone who can restich in a new zipper window? I also have the original window Bmw cover, and well as the bag the window should go in. That's the greatest thing about this car, is that everything is original, I have all the original books, the sales books you get when you decide which car your going to pick, all the original window cover, the bag, all the parts on the car are 100% all original, this car is very close to getting it to look brand new, with a little attention, this car could be a collectors Item for sure. I am also going to have the mechanic reset the check engine light, like the gas gauge, it comes on, then it goes off?? He said bring it back and I will reset it, I dont know if that is deffinately going to be the thing he needs to do, it makes sense, but again I will try to have all these things taken care of but I cant give anyone a garentee. I know these are minor problems, i list everything, there is no stone left unturned with dealing with me, I make certain I go through everything, and list everything about every car I sell. I been buying & selling cars for 28 years, this car runs great, I have no question that the car will make any trip,thats why I tested it.
