Vehicle Detail
FOR SALE is my 1963 Buick Lasabre Convertible! This car runs and drives GREAT! It handles beautifully on the road or highway. With just a few minor restorations, this car would be absolutely immaculate! in mint condition, a 1963 Buick Lasabre Convertible 410 Wildcat is worth upwards of $40,000! This car is NOT far from being on that path! I have owned this car for about 7 years. I bought it from a family friend. he owns a restoration company and classic car lot, witch is where this car came from. This is a absolutely beautiful car! (sorry for the little leafs on the carpet in the interior shots. I was parked under a tree when i took these pics. oops :-) ) Details:- "410 Wildcat" - 401 cid V8 rated at 325 hp (runs very strong! very smooth! and is very clean because it dose NOT leak!)- 81,950 original miles- Electric Fuel Pump was installed a few years ago. She start wonderfully! Turns over immediately - Auto 2 speed Dynaflo (TurbineDrive) transmission- Dual exhaust- Complete NEW Power Break system!- Good tires- Glass is all good- Bucket seats- Exterior is Black, with Red trim on the wheels and Red inside the Chrome trim - Interior is two tone Red & White. It is in generally good condition - a few seems have came loose in the front seat. otherwise the seats are in very nice condition. - carpet is all good - the dash panel is in good condition - door panels are in decent condition (a little wear on the bottoms) - Deluxe Power Steering Wheel (steers SUPER soft and smooth! Unlike a lot of cars from this era. including some higher end cars! This car steers and handles beautifully. steering is also very tight. aka no slack in the wheel) - Trunk is very clean- Adjustible Speed indicator (cool, odd option this car came with)- Chrome is all in good condition, with the average aging- Good solid body- Good solid under carriage - Original owners manual!- New battery - Recently had a oil change, tune-up, and plugs Issues:- there is a few very miner issues on the body. NOTE: the body is very solid, and basically rust free (maybe 5% of rust on the body, in the usual areas). The issues the body has is from a tree that fell on the front of the car a few years ago. No big damage, just caused a few miner dents and dings in the front of the car. mainly on the top front passenger quarter panel. there is also a small dent in the top of the front driver quarter panel, and a very small dent in the top of the back passenger quarter. the damage from the front passenger quarter caries over to the hood a little bit as well. the hood is still in great shape and would need very little body work to be perfect. the hood opens and closes perfectly, and sits perfectly. Body is very solid and straight otherwise. - Convertible top: the top works fine, and looks ok. but it has some wear on it, and has a bit of tape in a little area. Works fine like i said, but probably could use a new one. Also, one of the latches for the top is loose and should be fixed or replaced. - A few very minor electric issues in the dash. (simple issues. heater fan, etc.) - windshield wiper switch needs to be replaced (or possibly a loose wire behind the switch. The wipers and wiper motor are GOOD - One of the exhaust headers has a small leak because it needs a new donut gasket (small fix)
