This is truly Americana at its best. This isnt some stripped down rattletrap small block powered Chevy. This a Sweet, original, smoothest riding ever Lincoln MK IV. Arguably the best Looking in the Mark series ;Powered by a HUGE 460 V8 designed to run on premium fuel. Power everything and then some, Even the quartz movement clock keeps accurate time. It has AC but needs to be updated to new type freon. This jewel has 113k original miles, no rust. I am the second owner, who purchased it from the original owner Doctor, who purchased it from Future Ford Lincoln In Roseville (Sacramento) California in 1972. Triple Black, with Soft Leather interior and Black sheepskin seat covers and carpet. Its like driving your couch. Only nicer. Even the trunk is nicer than a lot of cars interior. Its Safe, extremely comfortable with plenty of power to get where you need to go. From its lazer straight body to its almost 500 cubic inch powerplant, this car breathes Luxury and arrogance. It gets looks and positive comments everywhere it goes, from church to the boulevard. If I somehow implied this car is perfect I apologize, It is a 40 year old automobile all original. It does have 2 small tears in headliner. Drivers seat has a split seam on side and there is a spot on the hood where the paint is getting thin. Oh ya and the passenger side front fender has been re-painted, but I ran a magnet and no significant bondo. Dash has a couple cracks but they are conceled under cover. But overall condition is great. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, paint is a 7, body in general rust damages etc a 9. Interior an 8 and drivetrain an 8 only because the AC needs to be upgraded. This car will cruise all day long at 80mph on new Toyo tires. No leaks or wierd noises. Its a very nice well cared for car. If you would like more pics of anything in particular feel free to ask. I looked hard to find this one. Circumstances have changed for me and I have to keep up. This would make a perfect daily driver or an awsome start to a full custom.
