Vehicle Detail
I've owned this reliable 6-volt Porsche since 1976. My wife doesn't like the smell of the air-cooled engine, so it has been mostly collecting dust except for when my main vehicle is in the shop. It has been garaged the whole time I've owned it. Did a small restoration (blue paint, original was red) in the 70's, new cylinders in the 80's. The driver's seat back is broken, but the car includes a spare unbroken seat back. There are small holes in the belly pan behind the driver and passenger seats. The heater works from the standard control knob. (a recent fix) The aftermarket 12V radio/cassette plays through one speaker and is powered from a 6v/12v converter. Dent in front (an SUV backed into me) and dimple in rear bumper. Rust in front of doors and in door bottoms as seen in pictures. State of Colorado purged the title so transfer of ownership in Colorado would be by "Purged Bill of Sale" (last image) On Aug-12-11 at 11:10:15 PDT, seller added the following information: I've owned this reliable 6-volt Porsche since 1976.
