All or part trade for race-ready AHRMA Classic 125 Husky-Maico-CZ-Penton-DKW considered.This Honda TL 250 was restored about 18 months ago,and has been ridden 4 times since.Finished in Honda factory colors of the early eighties with two part epoxy paint.Mechanically in great condition with many original parts.The original seat is in perfect condition with no tears or holes.These seats are nearly impossible to obtain.New parts include Dunlop trials tires front and rear,tubes and rim strips.New wheel,steering and swing arm bearings/bushings.Front wheel has one spoke missing.New control cables,levers,grips,kill switch and Amal trials slow twist throttle.Bike was completely rewired. Carb was professionally rebuilt with OEM parts by a Honda mechanic.Bike has newer brake shoes which were not replaced during restoration.The fenders are exact fiberglass replicas of the originals and the front wears a brand new OEM mud flap.It has the original side covers which have cracks,but included in this sale are brand new fiberglass replicas.Bike is fitted with modern, larger and more comfortable foot pegs.The sprockets are new ,as is the chain.The bike has been geared lower than stock to make it more competitive.Most of the nuts,bolts and other fasteners on the bike have been replaced with Stainless steel versions.The engine is in extremely good condition and wasn't taken apart during restoration.Some gaskets such as those at the cam inspection covers and cylinder head seep a little after a day or two of riding and could be replaced if the new owner desired,but I don't think its severe enough to warrant the change.Mileage is a made up number to satisfy Ebay field since this bike doesn't have an odometer.This bike never had a title,so a Bill of sale will be presented to new owner.Please ask any questions before bidding and I'll do my best to answer them.Bike is sold as is with no implied warranty.A $300.00 deposit is required by Paypal within 24 hours of auction close,and balance by cashiers check within 7 days,or cash at pickup.Bike will not be released until all funds have cleared my bank.Shipping and pickup is the buyers responsibility.I will be available to meet your shipper to assist in loading,and bike can be stored a reasonable amount of time while arrangements are made.
