• If we do not hear from you within the specified time frame, the vehicle may be sold to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Within 7 calendar days following the end of auction, the balance of the selling price (less the $500.00 deposit made via PayPal) shall be sent to Elite Collections Auto in the form of cashiers-check, wire transfer, or certified funds. Any and all alternate arrangements must be approved in writing by Elite Collections Auto.
• The transaction must be completed within SEVEN business days of the auction end. Failure to do so (without alternate written arrangements), the vehicle may be sold to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
