This 1998 Ford Contour SVT is in good condition. Features include power steering, power locks, power windows, power moonroof, leather seats, power driver's seat, cruise control, air conditioning, premium sound stereo with CD player, manual transmission, professionally tinted windows, fog lights, and SVT body moldings.Interior is in good condition with some minor leather cracking on the driver's seat...no holes anywhere.Exterior has a few scratches on the trunk lid, a scratch near the gas cap, and minor scratches/dings. Nothing atypical for a 12 year old car. No rust. Two of the center caps for the wheels are missing.The car had a new clutch installed last winter and a new battery last summer. The tires are an aggressive tread with a lot of wear left to them.Disclaimer-the check engine light is on and has been for over a year. When checked, the code indicated what the mechanic referred to as an "Intake manifold restrictor cable". He assured the car would run fine...it was just throwing off one of the oxygen sensors. Since the gas mileage actually improved after the light came on, I never had it fixed.This has been one of my favorite cars. It is reliable, fast, and fun to drive. It is the perfect blend of sporty power and 4 door convenience.
