Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 1983 Honda Passport and it runs good. The title was signed in 2004 and its dated by the seller and signed so email me or call 417 699-3474 if you have any questions. The paint has normal dings, scratches etc. and the chrome is pitted. The seat has 2 small holes in the back of it and 1 small hole toward the front of the seat and these are shown in the photos. The basket has one broken wire but could be fixed and repainted easily. It starts by the kick start but if a new battery is installed it will start by the switch. There is a dent at the bottom of the rear fender where it is turned up a bit and I tried to show it in a photo. If you have questions then now is the time to ask! It only has 2523 miles and will have a few more as it is being test driven by myself and anyone who wants to test drive it. This is a nice collectable bike or just a great bike for a beginner. Please pay a deposit of $200.00 in 24 hrs. by Pay Pal and the balance in 7 days. Will not sell to anyone outside the USA. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost and we will help anyway we can. We may ship it to you at a comparable price if you win and just let us know if we can help. Please email us if you have any questions or call (417) 699-3474. If you have a problem after the transaction please contact us before leaving feedback. On Aug-08-11 at 01:09:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Today I put in a new battery and the turn signals and horn work and the bike starts by the switch without having to kick it manually. The headlight and taillight did not come on so it may need the switch cleaned. The ignition came apart but I fixed it with a hose clamp and it still works for turning on and off. Under the side cover is the original tool set in a plastic bag and it looks like its new. I weight about 160 lbs. and went for a ride on it and was able to go 41mph today. TY for all the questions and good luck if you bid.
