Vehicle Detail

Selling my 72 Mach 1 Mustang. Nice overall clean car. Someone started to disassemble the car for restoreation and bagged and labeled what was removed. All parts are there except one headlight bucket, the powersteering pump, torque convertor, front windshield, and original radio. Outside trim and parts are there and in nice shape. There are duplicate parts from a donor car included for some pieces. The interior is nice the seats and covers are in really nice shape. The headliner is pulled down in the back. Someone cut the door panels for speakers. This car has the in dash tach and gauges not just warning lights. The dash pad is cracked up. Interior parts are available new from mutiple sources in needed Outside of the car wears the original paint....No bondo, old body work, patch panels hiding anywhere. The top is sun faded and has a very light surface rust where the paint wore off. Doors have some rust on the bottom and the rear quarters behind the wheels is rusty but I'm including the patch panels for the quarters that are brand new quality parts. The floors inside the car have surface rust, no sof spots or pinholes I can find. There is one hole on the drivers side floor in front of the seat about the size of a quarter, it is a flat area easy to patch. The trunk floor has some pinholes around where the gas filler goes thru the floor, Will not need a floor just a few very small holes buzzed up with a mig or tig. The original front passenger fender had damage from being ran into with a car trailer so a replacement is included. THe original hood was stolen so I found a donor hood. The rear windshield is included and may not be pictured as is a new weather seal for the window. The glass is a perfect condition. The car is a H code 351 cleveland car with a C6. Both the engine and trans are rebuilt with 5000 miles on them. Thay have been out of the car for like 2 years in a climate controlled garage. The engine is not the original to the car but is a 1972 engine, the original engine was blown in 1979, car sat in a garage for a period of time, then another engine was sourced and rebuilt for the car when the prvious owner had it. The engine has a small cam and a Edelbrock intake. The transmission is a stock style rebuild. I took a picture with a valvecover off so you can see the engine is clean inside. I took as many pictures as I thought were needed to show the detail of the car. The underside was painted white sometime in the 70's so it makes it look dirty and crusty now but is is solid. The 71-73 Mustangs have come up in value in the last few years and are expected to keep rising I just simply have too many cars at the moment. I will assist you or your shipper any way I can. The car will be picked up at my house and I have no way of delivering the car anywhere. AS far as hiring a shipper, check the internet there are numerous sources.
