1958 FORD FAIRLANE 500 SYLINER RETRACTABLE CONVERTIBLE I am selling this for a friend and all questions will be sent to him.This is a complete TEXAS car with all the trim intact. It has the original 352 four barrel motor and automatic trans. The carburetor has been updated to an electric choke Holley. The top works and the car starts easy, runs and drives. The interior of the trunk area is in good shape with the luggage tub intact. The car does need a restoration. There is some repair in the rear quarters, but the floor pan is in great shape with the original muffler guards still under the car. The interior looks original but needs replacing. It has the Mark IV under dash air. All glass is good except the windshield. These are available on Ebay. You will not have to spend the next year searching for parts for this car, it is basically complete. The bumpers, trim and stainless are in good shape with no missing pieces. If you are looking for a great solid car to restore, this is the one. There are several manuals included with the car.
