2007 Chevrolet Corvette. Repairable front end damage. Vehicle does not start due to bad starter. when jumper cables are hooked up to car power comes on, with radio and dash lights working but will not crank when trying to start. Suspension on the car looks fineDue to the damage seen vehicle carries a Pensylvania Salvage certificate. Frame on left front is damaged at the bumper reinforcement area as can be seen in video. Right side has no visible damage. Both front fenders and headlights are fine. Driver airbag has deployed, passenger side is Fine. side airbags are ok as well.
