These type of cars are very rare these days. This 1999 Volvo S80 was traded in at our Lexus dealership by the original owner. They serviced there S80 at our local Volvo dealership just down the street from us. The timing belt was replaced back on 7/2009 and will not need to be done for a while. Also the transmission was replaced at a Volvo dealership in Athens, GA back on 10/27/2008 with 62,016 miles on it. The Michellin tires have plenty of tread left on them and the brakes were done recently. As I was taking my pictures I noticed one door ding( see picture ) that stood out to me. The paint is still glossy and looks great for a 12 year old car period. When I drove this Volvo around the block and the highway it was as smooth as it could be. The gray leather interior is in good condition, with only a little wear on the drivers seat ( see picture ) but it is really not that bad. I noticed two other areas that had some wear on them ( see pictures ) one is the leather on the emergency brake and the other is the area around the rear A/C where it is coming apart. Well, the good news is we have an interior specialist that will dye the drivers seat, repair the area around the emergency brake and glue the area around the rear A/C vent back together. We will have this Volvo S80 detailed and do a 27 point safety inspection which will include another oil change, check the brakes, etc..
