This is a '31 Dictator Sedan that has been shortened to make a 5 window truck. The bed is hand made as well as the frame. She drives straight and wild. Power is a Ford 302 with minor mods such as a cam and gear drive. The transmission is a Ford C4 auto. The rear end is a Ford 8" freshly geared 3:80 with a Richmond posi. Tires and wheels are like new and have less than 100 miles on them. It has been converted to Right hand drive. The VIN is original to the body and it is still titled as a 1931 Studebaker Dictator. There is air ride and 4 link on the rear with a '49 Ford straight axle on the front. And it has disc brakes all the way around. I originally paid $12,000 for this in January but have lost my job and need the cash. I put another $3200 into the wheels and tires.
