NO RESERVE AUCTION 1948 Desoto Powered by a 1957 Desoto 341 HEMI Yes, thats right. a Desoto Hemi in a Desoto. The engine had been stored since 1957 (with only 400 original miles) although it was completly inspected and was upgraded with new three piece rings with upper moly rings. The intake was bored to match the throttle bores of the edelbrock carb with electric choke. The engine was then mated to a '68 Chrysler 727 automatic trans with a quality engineering adapter kit.
