This conversion van was only used occasionally for family trips to Florida and Upstate NY. Other than that it sat in a heated garage for most of its life. This van gets 27 MPG highway and uses regular unleaded gas. This is a SE Santa Fe Conversion done by Regal so you can be assured of the highest build quality. This is a one-owner van since day one. The truck is fully equipped with all the power options, including Powerful yet Economical 4.3 Liter VORTEC Engine, Automatic Transmission, HIGH TOP Roof, ICE-COLD Air Conditioning, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Premium AM/FM/Cassette Radio, Barn-Door Configuration, Hi-Top, Captain Chairs, TV, Reclining Sofa Bed, Keyless Entry with Alarm, ect... Vehicle condition: Exterior: An outstanding 9 out of a perfect 10 with only few minor imperfections such as nicks and minor scratches here and there, far less than one would expect on the truck like this. The paint is nice and shiny, and looks great. Please see pictures. Interior: A perfect 9 out of a perfect 10. Definitely way above average condition. There are no rips or tears of any kind and the interior shows only minimal wear consistent with normal use. This van has never seen any pets inside. Look at the pictures! Engine: A perfect 10 out of 10. Always maintained by the official Chevrolet dealer. No known issues whatsoever. Only full synthetic Mobil-1 used since day one. Van will come to you with a brand-new SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. Transmission: A perfect 10 out of 10. Always maintained by the official Chevrolet dealer. Shifts nice and smooth. Exhaust System: A solid 7 out of a perfect 10 with a minor exhaust leak at the seal (donut) between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust pipe itself. Goes away once the truck is warmed up as the seal expands from the heat. My mechanic told me this is common when the vehicle is stored for an extended period of time. Heat and Air Conditioning. 10 out of 10. Ice Cold AIR and HOT heater. Works like it should. No known issues. Electrical Systems: A perfect 10 out of 10. Everything works like it should. No known issues. TV, Radio, ect.,: A perfect 10 out of 10. Everything works like it should. You can add a digital convertor or a DVD, iPod to the TV as you desire. No known issues. Suspension: A perfect 10 out of 10. Always maintained by the official Chevrolet dealer. The van runs out smooth and tight. It does not pull to any side, the shocks are in great working order. Fresh alignment about two weeks ago. Brakes: A perfect 10 out of 10. Always maintained by the official Chevrolet dealer. No known issues whatsoever. Tires: About 70% of tire life left.
