The SL is probably one of the most desirable and sought after two seat roadsters in the world. It has been around for almost 50 Years!!!, half of a century. It is quite popular with the motoring enthusiasts and is loved by everyone. The Germans know how to build interesting cars. And they like to drive.....FAST !!! This wonderful SL is full of that famous German engineering. It is powered by the Mercedes 6.0 liter 48 valve DOHC V-12 that puts out 389 horsepower. It is smooth and powerful. The driver adaptive electronically controlled five speed automatic transmission shifts effortlessly. For your safety there are dual SRS airbags, Four channel Anti-lock brakes, ASR(auto slip control), and ESP(electronic stability control). There is even an automatic roll bar that comes up when needed to protect the occupants. This particular example has only been driven 52,000 miles since new, that is less than 4,000 miles per year, quite low for any pre-owned vehicle. It is Extra clean and appears to have been well cared for. I have put about 750 miles on it and it runs and drives just great. Silver with Gray is one of the most desirable color combinations and never looks outdated. This SL600 looks great at any angle...top up or down. Even the aluminium hardtop is sharp when installed. The exterior is Brilliant Silver and is in very nice condition. The paint is clean and shiny and shows no signs of damage. There are the normal nicks and chips one would expect on a 6 year old car. There are no dents or scrapes. The Gray cloth roadster top is also in very nice condition, there are no rips or tears. It is electrically operated and works easily with the touch of a button. The rear plastic windows are nice and clear and there is a photo below. The Windblocker is not present, although it's storage case is in the trunk. As you will see this SL600 makes a Beautiful appearance....there are approximately 40 photos below, so you can take a tour of the entire car...from outside to inside, both hard and soft tops, even the trunk and the engine compartments are shown....Please take the time to let them load. We're sure that you will be delighted. We have run a Carfax report on this vehicle and it passed with flying colors, indicating no accident history, or odometer discrepancies. It qualifies for the famous Carfax Buy Back Guarantee. The interior is Two Tone Gray Leather. It is in very nice condition and even smells great. It is ALL stitched Leather, including the dash, console and door panels, even the Rollbar is wrapped in leather along with the Burl Walnut steering wheel, which feels just fabulous as it glides through your hands. The console area is bathed in beautiful wood trim and is quite rich looking. There are some light cracks in the wood around the Cupholder door that are very minor, but we wanted you to know. This SL600 is loaded with all of the features that everyone asks for. Both driver and passenger seats are power, and have three position memory (did you know that they were the first seats with integrated seatbelts ???). Everything is power assist, including the windows, locks and mirrors. Even the hard and soft tops are electrically released and attached. The Climate Controlled Air Conditioning blows Ice Cold, and the Bose AM FM Stereo Cassette with 6 disc CD sound system is just wonderful. There is also, for your convenience a keyless remote entry, with a built in security system. We have just had this Gorgeous SL600 serviced and safety checked at Benz-Tech in Latrobe. Thay have performed their famous 44 point pre-owned inspection, along with a Synthetic oil and filter change. The brakes and tires are recent, and close to new. I am told that there are NO leaks, and it it nice and dry underneath!! It has been fully detailed by the famous J&J Detail Services for your excitement.
