A superior find in South Georgia. This 1972 MACH 1 (Q-CODE) HAS LESS THAN 500 MILES ON THE (REBUILT) very strong 460C.I.D. (NOT ORIGINAL, SAME BLOCK AS THE 429 MUSTANG - FROM A '68 OR '69 LINCOLN AND MATCHING C-6 TRANSMISSION). It was built for SPEED and looks great. It is definately a 20-footer as close up you can see some of the peeling and chipped paint. It also has a 4:11 positive traction 9-inch rear end. Original non-AC car with (original) factory built Mach 1 (black) interior (very nice condition). Chrome wheels with white-letter tires (very good tread). All body panels are straight without dents and it has solid floors. Some areas of rust around trunk, rear quarter panel rocker, and wheel fender. Paint appears to be original with some chipping and peeling (almost 40 years old). Sunroof and all exterior glass in very good condition without cracks. Great MUSCLE CAR for slow cruising of the street. This baby was meant for racing - NOT for daily driving. If you want it to be a "driver" then the rear needs to be a 3.25 or 3.50 (relatively easy to switch out) and you'll have one MONSTER of a daily driving car. You WILL wake up the neighbors when yoou start this car (with a 3-inch Flow Master...I have!!!).
