1950 Chevrolet pick-up. Bought witht he intention of restoring but lost interest, bought a Defender 90 instead. It runs and drives, but it requires most of your attention.! brakes pull slightly, steering has a bit of play but otherthan that it is a BLAST! everyone who sees this rusted faded paint machine smiles and gives you a thumbs up and then tries to guess the year as they pass by. You'll see, its real funny. I bought it in March of this year. Replaced the 1bbl carb with a 2bbl webber (nice upgrade!), bought the new tires and wheels shown in the photos and had a new exhaust installed. Sounds great and rides smooth. That is all I've done. What I do know: '85 Camero Rear end, 3-speed on the floor manual, '76 Nova 250 I6 rebuilt within the past 2 years, some oil seep but no leaks. it has enough rust to keep you occupied or cause you to consider the cab option I mention below. The truck is 61 this year, so if you've wanted one for awhile and you'd like to drive & restore at the same time than this is for you. Instant gratification. If you're interested - I've got a line on a 5-window cab that is primed and bondo free, all repair work was lead & steel, new guages and accesories, bed rails, and two new front fenders. all for $3000. The cabs themselves go for $8-10K so I'd say its a deal. Let me know if you are interested in that.
