Vehicle Detail
Up for worldwide auction, at no reserve, is my 1963 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport, 327 with bucket seats. The 327 runs fantastic. Has powerglide automatic transmission. Shifts tight. Stops great, breaks are in great condition. Mechanically, this is a very solid car. New upholstery. Paint is less than one year old. Body is very, very straight. Wet sanded and buffed. Looks wonderful. No bondo. Comes with spoke wheels in picture. Comes with SS hub caps as well. Car is a real head turner. Great investment, these cars are not getting any cheaper. Clean title. Things that aren't so great: Needs headliner. Black button&tuck would be cool. Needs kick panels. Front bumper has ding, shown in pics. Needs weather stripping in trunk. Weather seals are lame. Two cracks in dash. I have the missing "A" in Impala trim. This car is a cruiser and a definite head turner! It looks gorgeous going down the road. Sorry, don't have build sheet. Please feel free to ask any question, I will answer honestly. Will help buyer by delivering car to shipper of your choice. Being sold "as is". Available for viewing. Must be paid within three days of auction end. On Jul-30-11 at 17:26:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Been trying all day to upload videos to youtube with no success. Will continue trying. To answer some questions. Absolutely no sign of any collision damage, large or small. I did replace a door because it had rusted out on the bottom. I'm sure body is all stock because of the factory color when I bought it. No bondo anywhere. Very straight and aligned nicely. I forgot to mention there is a pea sized chip on the driver's side rear window frame. No clue how that could happen. The rag shown in the picture was on a line leak. That line has been replaced. The numbers on the block are T0620S and N958. I looked them up one time but have forgotten what that means. I was told it was the original engine when I bought it but I have no idea really. Pictures always lie but this car looks as good to me in person as in the pics.
