For sale is a meticulously maintaned Saab 9-5 Turbo. This has been my mothers daily driver for almost three years. She just purchased a brand new Saab recently, and does not wish to continue to pay insurance on both vehicles. This Saab 9-5 is still registered, insured, and inspected. (NYS Inspection good until July 31, 2012) So I will be able to deliver the car within a 75 mile radius of 12401, NY at the close of the auction. We purchased this car from the owner of Especially Swedish, in Woodstock, NY. The car has always been maintained by a Saab specialist. We have continued to maintain the car with Especially Swedish, and another local garage which also specializes in European cars. We have over $1,500 in receipts from all maintenance, and repairs done on the car since it was purchased from Especially Swedish. The car was purchased for $5,800 from them with just under 100k. The buy it now price of $3,299 is less than half the amount invested in the car, which is more than reasonable given the overall condition of the vehicle. Kbb calls for $4,470 in good condition, which is what I would rate the car cosmetically. Mechanically, it's excellent!! The accident that comes up from 2005 on carfax was apparently from a parking lot in Long Island, and is where the scuffs on the driver side of the rear bumper came from. Here is a breakdown of the recent parts and maintenance on the car: -4 Brand new Nokian-WRG2 P215/55/16 All season tires with 90% tread on all four -New serpentine belt (My mother wanted it to be replaced before giving it to the new owner) -New front brake pads and rotors last fall (Rear pads need to be done, but are in the box brand new and come with the car) -Brand New Battery replaced in late January -New Mass air flow sensor -Tie rod ends and alignment (Less than 6 months ago when the new tires were mounted and balanced) -Synthetic oil changes every 3,000 miles (Next change will be done before the new owner picks up the car) The car still runs great, and has no Check engine lights, or issues at all. It is very quick, and drives perfectly straight. It has it's share of shopping cart dings, and some scratches, which I have taken close ups of. The interior is in excellent condition, and has been very well cared for, including leather treatments for the seats every few months.
