selling my porsche 944. project car The body of the vehicle has been painted and polished a year ago and has been sitting. orange with ppg "vibrance" gold pearls top coat, seldom will shift to a neon green effect. curently there is no damage on the exterior except maybe a small scuff or scratch ( would only need a good wash and detailing ) as far as under body FAIR CONDITION AND UNDERCOATED as far as rocker panels: GOOD CONDITION AND UNDERCOATED AND FINISHED WITH A SYLISH BLACK TRIM TYPE PAINT AND PIN STRIPE The interior was a stock burgendy color and is 85 percent complete, currently most of it is removed from the vehicle, the back passenger seat and trunk carpet were damaged and disposed of. there are cracks in dash, maybe up to 3 cracks a few inches long at the worst. pieces of the interior that are missing are as follows, vinyl pieces for roof, rear quarter panel areas ( speaker coverings ) rear trunk carpet, spare tire dry rotted and disposed of, no jack. power roof plastic attachments, plastic seat mechanism attachments, things of that nature, the rest of the interior is in good condition, door panels have no rot. my intentions were to refinish black in color. The rims have been restored and painted a gun metal gray color ( phone dial 15 insh style ) tires have half tread Black rubber attachments for bumpers are in decent shape and not installed weather stripping in decent shape and currently removed due to refinishing work there are some electrical issues, rear power hatch issues, power roof is in non working condition, battery will loose charge (alternator tests good Rear hatch lock cylinder is removed and no replacement is available with the car other mechanical details, to my knowledge should be fine.( as far as control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, fuel lines, gas tank, drive shafts, clutch components, transmission etc. ) Power steering system may need work, ( My plan was to remove the Pump and drive with out Wind shield wiper motor does not work, I have a replacement available purchased last year from ebay. Engine ran great when i purchased the vehicle, during a water pump replacement and its my own assumption that there is a timing problem because currently runs rough, i also heard of a vacuum leak could be a culpret.
