"Cafe for 2" 1976 HONDA GL1000. This low mile tour bike was stripped down for that super clean "Cafe Racer" look. bobbed front fender custom smaller headlight custom seat and grab bar straight handlebars cafe style mirrors cafe style turn signals cafe style "trumpet" pipes - This bike is a joy to ride..... stripped down, it is suprisingly fast & nimble but with the stock suspension it still rides very comfortable.... like a tour bike. - The exhaust note turned out perfect! A very deep aggressive growl, but not too loud either. - Buddy pegs and the custom two person seat make this bike great for "Date Night" rides. Just refinished in a beautiful vintage "Nassau Blue" paint, this super low mile motorcycle is running like a top and ready to go. On Jul-17-11 at 09:57:57 PDT, seller added the following information: Please Note: I had been using the center kickstand, but I just noticed if you park the bike while hot and use the side kickstand the bike will shoot out blue smoke for the first minute then clears up. I called several motorcycle shops and one quoted $280 to replace some seals, but said they could not guarantee that it would fix the problem 100%. They stated that this is a very common issue on this engine design (please Google this topic). Their recommendations were to just use the center stand.
