Up for you consideration is a Hard to Find 1965 Ford F-100 Styleside Shortbox Pickup. It has new brakes all the way around, new battery, new starter, new starter solenoid, brand new 20" Nexen Tires all the way around with 20" Chrome rims (wheels). This truck runs and drives, but does have an intermittent problem in the ignition switch or wiring that it recently develpoed. The starter wants to stay engaged sometimes and when you turn the ignition switch off the motor sometimes will stay running. It maybe just a ground problem or a faulty ignition switch. I have not had time to check it out. Could be that the new starter solenoid may be the problem as well. That part is under 1 year warranty at the auto parts store. . I started a restoration on it a few years ago and some of the body has been put into black epoxy primer, other parts have just been flat black painted. The front cab mounts will need to be replaced as will the floor boards. This pickup has the 352 V8 motor with Headers and Dual Exhaust. The motor runs great. I have added chrome valve covers and air filter. The truck does NOT leak any oil nor does it smoke out the exhaust. The cooling system is clean and holds coolant with no leaks detected. It has the 4 speed manual transmission. Please ask questions before bidding. Truck is For Sale locally and I do reserve the right to end auction early. I finally realized that I no longer have the time to do the truck any justice. I have Clear Minnesota Title that is my name. Note: I do have good southern cab that is for sale at additional cost to buyer. I have the cab tucked away inside so I won't be able to take any pictures. It would be best to come and look at these items in person. I have other parts for sale including nice doors, RF outer fender, left and right inner fenders. I also have a pretty good tailgate. All of these would be at additional cost to buyer. If you do the BUY IT NOW OPTION I will include all of these and any other parts I have at no additional fee. I also got a chance yesterday to look into the ignition switch and the problem is in the switch itself. I will try to find time and replace the ignition switch.
