This is an authentic 1996 Saleen S281 Mustang GT convertible. This car is in great condition, there is normal wear for it's age but even then it is in really good condition. I purchased this car in hopes of making it show car quality but recent events have forced me to sell. I have personally put 50 miles on the car, 25 of them tuning the car and the other 25 driving it to my garage. Interior is custom with black and red leather seats with more red accents through out the rest of the interior. Exterior perks include complete Saleen body kit, decals and badges. Custom suspension came with the car as well as Saleen pulley upgrade and exhaust. When I purchased the car I wanted more power so I put Ford Racing Heads, and cams on it as well as Ford Racing intake manifold and BBK throttle body and cold air intake. I also replaced the headers with JLA long tube headers. This car DOES NOT have catalytic converters on it, so if you are in a smog restricted state you will have to put them on. Water pump was replaced for the sake of it. Car drives amazing and has a nice throaty sound. Was orginally 160rwhp now is 300rwhp. Car is a great daily driver getting upwards of 20mpg on the streats and 25+mpg on the highway. This was the first year for the S281 model so this car is rare, can't find too many of these for sale in this good of condition.
