Here we have a 1987 El Camino with very low mileage confirmed by Car Fax. I purchased this vehicle about a year ago on Ebay from a seller in Redondo Beach CA. It is a great running car. The 305 starts after a couple good pumps on the gas pedal. I have driven to Daytona Beach a couple of times for car shows about 600 miles round trip and it cruises at 75 MPH just as solid as a new car. When I purchased the vehicle it came with a new paint job, new spray on liner, new hoses and belts. The interior is like new. I did install a new dash shell as the dash had cracks from the sun. I also installed a new Kenwood Radio with AM/FM/CD and MP3 connection. I also installed XM Radio. I recently detailed the engine compartment replacing the following with new: Hood Insulation, Chrome Air Cleaner Cover, Battery, Battery Plate, Chrome Battery Hold Downs, Overflow tank, and windshield washer fluid tank. It came out pretty good for a non professional like myself. The tires have about 80% tread and the spare is brand new and is now on the car as I just had the tires rotated and all 4 balanced. In addition to what I mentioned above I have replaced the following: AC/Heater Valve, Rear Air Shocks, Cat Back Dual Exhaust System, Fuel Tank, All Window and Door Rubber, hub caps, wheel rings and Rear Frame Horns. My Mechanic has just gone over the car and all he found wrong was an oil leak at the intake which he repaired. This is not a show car but it does turn heads and has won a couple of top 25's when it is a spectators choice show. The NADA value for this vehicle is $6640 and my reserve is much lower than this.
