1995 BMW 318 i CONVERTIBLE * * * * * * * If you are looking for a convertible that looks great, runs and drives great and still is really affordable, I think this should meet your requirments. I have set the reserve very low (about half of what I expect it to bring.) So, you have a chance to get a real bargain! The convertible top is very nice. The tires are very good with factory wheels. The photos will show the really good appearance of the exterior. If you check the free "Vehicle History Report" offered (above) you will note that there is no accident hitory and the Arkansas Title is clean. The engine is strong and the 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly. You will like it. The interior is not so great. Although the carpets and dashoard are fine, the seats and door panels should get some repair. The rear windows work fine, but the door glasses will neither raise or lower. You are welcome to have the car inspected prior to bidding, just call me (901 361 4682) to make an appointment. A very few times it would not start immediatly when turned on, but usually just turning the key over and reinserting it will do the trick. On one occasion, I had to wait 30 or so minutes before it started. TO SUMMARIZE: The mileage is 184,000. The glass has no cracks or rock pecks, the convertible top looks practically new, the rear wndow is crystal clear but has a small cut, the paint and exterior are very good, the air conditioning is cold and the cruise control works fine. The tires are very good, the engine and clutch are strong, and it really runs and drives wonderfully. The winning bidder, when this car was previously listed, did not ever see the car and did not respond when ebay notified him that he had placed the winning bid. I emailed him three times and did not get an answer. His failure to pay did not have anything to do with the car. PLEASE: Do not bid unless you are a serious buyer.
