Up for auction is a 99 Volvo C70 Convertible! This Volvo has a clean carfax. The Volvo runs and drives good but needs some tlc cosmetically. I bought this C70 to fix up but I just do not have the time. This would be great for someone to fix up or to use for parts since parts for these C70's can get expensive! We are a Volvo specialty shop In Anderson, SC where we service and sale pre owned Volvo's only! On the exterior the body looks good and is pretty straight except for the dent in the left rear qaurter panel. The top is in good shape cosmeticaly. The tires show about 25% tread left on them. On the interior shows normal cracking and wear. The drivers side door panel is broken. The Volvo has pwr windows, pwr seats, pwr door locks, dual auto climate control with cold ac and hot heat, am fm cassete with cd player, 6 disc cd changer in the glove compartment, heated seats and fog lights. I have not spent very much time with it but the convertible top doe snot work. It could be just a switch or relay but I do not know why it will not go down. On the mechanical side the Volvo runs good, the trans shifts nice and smooth, the brakes have no abnormal vibration or pulling and the suspension feels good. This is a chance for someone that wants a Volvo convertible for not alot of money but with the understanding it does need some tlc. This Volvo can be fixed up to be a nice car! The volvo is available for inspection before the auction ends. I reserve the rite to end the auction early as it is for sale localy also. This is a no reserve auction so if you are the high bidder you bought it! The volvo is being sold as is where is. I am a licensed S.C dealer so If the winning bidder is a South Carolina resident I am required to collect 5% sale tax and tag fee. If the winning bidder is a out of state resident I collect no taxes you will be responsible for them in your home state. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. The balance is due by cash or a cashiers check within 3 days of the auction ending. I may be able to store the car for a reasonable amount of time but the balance must be paid within 3 days.
