1974 Honda CB

I have a 1974 Honda CB 200 that I inherited from my father. THIS BIKE IS CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING. The bike is in very nice condition but the pics make it look nearly perfect. It is not. It has surface rust on some of the chrome, the pipes are in pretty bad shape underneath, (you may be able to see in pic), its got a small dent in the tank (see pic), and the turn signals/headlight mount is tweeked on both sides. I had a friend stop by and look at it and he said it looked like it was in awesome shape but i just don't want you to be disappointed when you get it home and start studying it. I have no reason to believe that 2258 is not actual miles. The bike sat in storage since 1992 in Montana. It was last licensed in 1990. I hand spun the tire and the speedo was operational. I believe the bike is all original besides the some add ons. Mechanically, the compression checks good, the electrical parts all seamed to work when I put it on the charger,but it does not have a battery. Also, with sitting so long the carb slides are corroded shut so its going to need some fuel system work. Buyer is responsible for pick up of this bike. I will take it to local shipping store and drop it off for them to prep and ship if that service even exists here. I'm not sure. All at buyers expense, prearranged. Thank you. Happy bidding!
