This Beetle was garaged and maintained in Dennis, Massachusetts. The vehicle was well maintained and has a low 80,260 miles. It was mostly for summer and vacations. This car was recently donated to our charity and was inspected thoroughly by our mechanic to ensure that it is free of any leaks or malfunctions. It last received its state inspection in 9/2010 and is valid through 9/2011. The car just received the following upgrades by our mechanic: new timing belt, water pump, ignition coil, crank sensor, tune up (wires & plugs), radiator flush, and new front sway bar links and bushings. It also has almost brand new tires. The car runs powerfully and smoothly and its transmission shifts in and out of gear well. You can rest assured that the car has been checked and is free of any problems at this time. I do have all the records from the owner in the glove compartment. It was serviced in Bethesda, MD at Martens Volkswagen of Washington and in Dennis, MA, at Town Auto Service, Dennisport Irving, and at Sears for new tires. The car is in very, very nice shape, and you will be very pleased!!! Interior - Exterior The interior is exceptionally clean as you can see in the pictures. The leather interior is in very nice, almost perfect condition. The dash is like new with no cracks. It even has the original glass flower holder behind the steering wheel. The body of the car is in great shape with no dings or scratches to mention other than some light scratches on the body around the rear passenger side tire. The car's body otherwise, literally looks almost new and is in beautiful shape. The last time this was listed, I realized that the VW logo was missing on one of the hubcaps. This has since been repaired. Please see pictures. Amenities and Premium Security The New-Beetle GLS has many amenities to make your ride pleasurable and safe. In addition to its comfortable leather seating, it has power locks, windows, mirrors, the front seats are not power but have mechanical levers that you push on with ease in the front of the seat and on the side of the seat to alter the position, cruise control, Sunroof, Heated front seats and mirrors, a premium Volkswagen cassete/radio stereo system, 6 CD changer in trunk, A/C that was tested and blows cold!!!– Heat, Keyless entry, plus it gives you good security with its dual front airbags. It even has the original glass to hold your flowers on the dashboard!!! Mechanics The car runs very well and drives powerfully, smoothly and quietly. It has a 2.0L, 4 cylinder Song engine that has great pick up, and a manual 5 speed transmission that is known for its durability and longevity. It's engine is very clean as you can see in the pictures and the car was kept very well. In addition, the smaller engines are much better on gas. Comments There are no malfunctions, leaks, or warning lights, everything seems to be in great condition. You should have no problem getting emissions certification and you will receive a clean title from us.
