I bought this Jeep in November 2002 and have driven 1032 miles since; has been garaged, never in rain or snow in that time. Repairs include new tires (2003), new battery (2010), transmission repair on second gear and reverse (2010) and drive shaft yoke replaced (2011). I had the four wheel drive checked at the transmission shop and it is working as it should (I have never used it).The body is all steel and in excellent condition with no known rust. Sale will include a hard top, full steel doors and a spare tire rack. The engine has an aftermarket fuel injection, always starts and runs well. The frame is in very good overall condition but does have some rust just ahead of the rear shackles, this is common to the scrambler. The steel doors are not color matching and have the interior crack under the vent window, another common issue. The fuel gauge is not working, there is no radio. I bought this with the intention of restoration but life took me another direction in 2003 and it has been a garage queen for most of my time of ownership.
