1995 Firebird Trans-AM Hardtop coupe! Well maintained, always fully serviced. See pictures! I have owners manuals, various receipts and 2 sets of original keys. 2 ignition keys and 2 door lock keys Body is in great condition for its age & mileage! There are minor rock chips on hood and some scratches on driver side and passenger side door. The front and rear bumpers are starting to show some faded spots? Although never been hit, I have noticed this problem on other Firebirds, Camaros and Corvettes. There is NO rust on the body and has NEVER been in any accidents. This car is Autocheck and Carfax certified with buyback guarantee until 05/2012. The interior is in good condition, see pic for center console cover which the hinges had broken off. The headliner is starting to sag a bit but I have put pins to hold it up. The front windows are scuffed on the outside due to the "felt window fuzzies" being worn out. Will need new power door lock switches for the locks to work. The switches are worn, if you press them hard enough, the locks will work. Vehicle is equipped with an aftermarket alarm system which works properly. The vehicle is equipped from factory with dual front air bags and A.B.S The Air conditioning system works properly and is very cold. The heat is hot and functional. The engine and transmission are operating correctly. Only full synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles. Well maintained car, never let me down, this have been my daily driver and I still do drive it so miles will vary at end of sale. There is a noise coming from the front end when parallel parking or making tight turns. One of the bushings or strut mounts are getting worn. I have always lubed the front end and the noise goes away for awhile. Does not affect how the car drive or handles. The car drives smoothly down the road with no vibrations felt on the steering wheel. The "service engine soon light: comes on intermittently only when the engine idles for more than 5 minutes and engine at operating temperature. The warning light goes away shortly after you start driving again or when you cycle the key from off to on or if you rev the engine a little. I have never had this checked since the performance and handling of the vehicle has not suffered. This car is N.Y.S safety and emissions inspected until 05/2012 Synthetic oil change and oil filter service just done Car is equipped with a Moroso air intake system. Just replaced transmission mount Engine mounts replaced approx 25k miles ago Brake fluid flushed every 2 years! Coolant flushed every 1 1/2 years! Coolant just replaced, new thermostat and radiator cap. Drive belt replaced approx 1 year ago Waterpump and temp sensor replaced approx 1 year ago Fuel pump replaced last year. Radiator and hoses replaced approx 2 years ago Starter replaced approx 2 years ago Battery approx 2 years old Front struts replaced approx 25k miles Rear shocks and springs replaced approx 15k miles Spark plugs have been replaced approx 20k-25k miles ago New G.M rebuilt transmission installed approx 25k-35k miles ago. Head gasket replaced 30k miles ago. Since then, no engine or cooling system problems. Optispark has been replaced at least once, sometime around 95k-105k miles as per previous owner statement. Crank seal, waterpump seal and other various engine seals have been replaced approx 10k miles ago. Complete 4 angle valve job completed when head gasket was replaced. A.I.R pump has been replaced approx 3-4 years ago Rear tail lamps are from a newer Firebird Formula Vehicle has an aftermarket sound system consisting of: Alpine headunit with CD and iPOD cable JL Audio subwoofer with customer enclosure Sony amplifier Kicker speakers all around I have installed WS-6 wheels and tires 275/40R 17 Falken ZE502. Tires are good. I also have 1 set of wheels and tires (original with the car) The wheels could use refinishing but the tires are still good. 2 tires have approx 8/32nds and other 2 approx 6/32nds. Tires are Falken ZIEX ZE912 245/50R 16 I also have a set of tires only which are still good. Bridgestone Potenza RE750 275/40R 17 2 tires have approx 6/32nds and other 21 have approx 8/32nds I will include the wheels and tires free if you use "BUY IT NOW" Otherwise make offer for car plus wheels and tires if you want them.
