With just two previous owners - the first owner was a prominent Californian family for the first 35 years, this Capri comes with the original garage window sticker, and also owner’s manual. The second owner was a pilot who intended using the car, but never did! He had plans to make this Capri absolutely perfect. However, he had too many projects and far too little time so it remained in the garage or aircraft hanger and has always been in covered storage for its entire life until it was sold to me and shipped to England in February 2010, it is now located in Ireland following a very minimalistic & sympathetic, but ultimately totally professional paint job. Much of the chrome-work and original trim that showed any ageing has now been replaced with NOS parts and the original seats & interior has been re-trimmed in a beautiful cream Scottish Leather hide. Totally Standard, original and presented in showroom condition with all of its original opening rear quarter glass and original un-welded panels plus all of the period fittings and options such as a chrome flexi-map light. The fabulous interior is presented in a re-upholstered Cream Scottish Leather Hide trim with a totally unmarked or un-cracked dash, cream leather hide parcel shelf is combined with the original cream unmarked door panels and an original radio. Fitted with FIVE Immaculate totally original Ford RS2600 alloys and brand new 215/50/13 tyres. The car has the dealer-installed air conditioning system within it because this was an original Southern California car. WOW! Take a breath because there is a load more.......
