This motorcycle has been garage stored it's entire life. I am the third owner. The origional owner bought the bike in Ga. Then it went to Ohio for a few years. Found it way back home in 97'. The bike is clean, slight dicoloring on the wheels. Never wrecked, although it has fallen over a few times, minor scratches with a larger one left side of fairing, and a small one left side of tank. The seat was cut on the back, not on sitting area and was repaired. The bike runs near perfect. This 84' was the last year BMW made the full sized Boxer. In 85' they detuned the carbs and valves. This bike is a dream to ride, loads of power with a quiet, smooth ride. I have had this bike over 100 mph, it is straight as an arrow. 48305 actual miles. New battery. Metzeler tires, front M E 33 Laser in good condition. Rear Lazertec, 800miles. Approx. 45 mpg. at 80 mph. Gaurdian cover, like new.
