Vehicle Detail

james40000 Store For Sale 1973 Corvette with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows and factory A/C. All the A/C parts are there, but I've never used it and removed the compressor drive belt to cut down on parasitic drag. If I want it cooler, I remove the T-Tops. Car is a dark green repaint of the original ugly 7up green color. It has the stock L48 motor that was rebuilt several years ago with a mild cam to give it a little more zip. I replaced the original rochester carb with a new carter 4 barrel and have the original boxed up. New front brake calipers and pads less than a year ago. I replaced the original seat belts with modern lap and seat belts from a 1990's Camaro, they are a direct fit item and give you true lap and shoulder belts. Originals are boxed up. Has chrome rally rims all around with BFG radials with less than 5,000 miles on them. Battery is new. Interior was redone about 4 years ago with new door skins, new headliners, new sun shades, new carpet and seats were redone. Dual Flowmaster 40's give it a true Corvette sound. Points have been replace with an HEI ignition system. Car was given a suspension rebuild a few years ago. The paint is showing some stress cracks and imperfections, still shines up nice, but paint has a couple of bubbles in it. The front bra is covering up a stress crack in the front bumper. I like the look of the bra and kept it on instead of getting the bumper fixed. Has an aftermarket stereo that should be replaced, I have custom built enclosures with nice speakers in the back. Vacuum system is working fine as headlights go up and down as they should. Tachometer is not working, needs the cable from Tach replaced. I'm open to reasonable offers, but don't get silly. I love this car, but I don't drive it enough any more to keep taking up the room in the garage. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, I will help with reasonable steps to help make the car ready for shipment. Please contact a your local shipping company for a quote.
