Vehicle Detail
1965 Oldsmobile 98 Ninty eight. SUPER NICE DRIVER!!! Fun car that you dont have to worry about scratching. Drives great it will idle in traffic for as long as you want without overheating and cruise at 85mph all day long. All original 425 Cu engine, 3 speed auto probably turbo 350. Lots of new parts. New top , new seat covers, new carpet, new dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, complete brake job including master cylinder, new schocks, starter, distributor, edlebrock 4 barrel carb. tires are 80% or better. This car has had a lot of money invested in it and it is mechanically sound. it is not rusted through anywhere I can find nothing more that some superficial surface rust. Just needs someone to spend some weekends fixing the small electronic things and detail it out. Items in need or some attention: power door locks, the WONDERBAR radio, power seat, power antennea, power trunk lock, the top works but the hydralic motor leaks and you have to keep filling it up, common part and you can find them for $100.00 bucks easy or maybe rebuild existing. LOW RESERVE!! you couldnt even come close to buying a car and fixing it up like this for the reserve. any questions please feel free to call 208 392-3500 keywords classic, hot rod, rat rod, restoration, resto, olds, ninty-eight, 88, delta, delta eighty-eight, mustang, chevelle, 442, toronado, impala, jet fire, star fire, cutlass, supreme, buick, lesabre, On Jun-22-11 at 09:15:44 PDT, seller added the following information: few more items found need attention turn signals dont blink and also just wanted to state it does not have a show quality paint job, the paint shines but there are scratches and a few chips. If it were buffed out it could look a lot better but it still doesnt look bad as shown in pictures. I would estimate the paint to be 4 to 5 years old.
