SUMMARY We have a red 1973 Mercedes-Benz 350 SLC Coupe in excellent condition for sale. The engine runs very well and the car handles amazingly. During the winter months, we start the car every week to make sure the engine and carburetors stay in good working order. During the summer, we drive it around our neighborhood for fun on the weekends. It has always been stored inside. My father-in-law, who restores cars as a hobby, bought this car for his daughter (my wife’s sister) 3 years ago as a gift. It has 115K original miles. Since owning it, we have put less than 200 miles on it. ENGINE & POWERTRAIN The engine has 115K miles on it - it’s clean and in very good condition. The radiator and cooling system are rust-free and a good working order. The automatic transmission and power steering are in excellent condition. The battery is brand new. EXTERIOR CONDITION The exterior is in very good condition with little or no rust. We repaired and repainted the body when we bought the car (same as the original color). The chrome, glass, & painted wheels are all original. All the doors open and shut fine, and the handles are all in good working order. The side window handles are in fine working order, the windows open and close fine. The tires are basically new - having less than 200 miles on them. INTERIOR CONDITION The interior is in very good condition. The all the gauges, lights, turning signals, etc. are in excellent condition. The AM/FM/SW/LW radio works fine - including the radio’s power antenna. The seats and upholstery are clean and in excellent condition with the exception of the upholstery on the front driver and front passenger seats. The trunk is in excellent condition.
