Up for sale is a 1968 F250 4x4 Project Truck with title. Ive been building this truck for a while now but have too many projects to finish it. I started with a 1968 f250 highboy frame, added a 1969 f100 bumpside body (no rust) a 79 hp dana 60 kingpin front with 5.13 gears, dana 60 rear and 39.5" Super Swamper TSL's . Everything is pretty much custom fabricated on this truck. It has been sitting outside for the last few months and I have alot of parts to go with it. Body: 1969 f100 cab, overall rust free. Replaced floor pans, has a good dash, all gauges are there, has subaru wrx seats that need to be mounted. Coated with POR15. Engine: Ford 390 engine with a top end rebuild, hooker headers, power steering pump and **box mounted for crossover steering** Holley 750cfm truck avenger carb 4brl, large air cleaner, msd coil, super stock wires, 1950s ford radiator, all hoses are there along. The engine was started up about 6 months ago and ran good. Fabricated 2.5" exhaust with glasspack. Transmission: NP435 4 speed manual trans, built like a rock and had a new gasket set put on a few months back, I have the shifter as well. Transfer case: Dana 24 divorced t-case (has driveshaft between it and the transmission), fabricated mount that raised the transfer case up into the frame. Gasket and seals have been replaced. Axles: Front is a 1979 Dana 60 high pinion kingpin. It has had new kingpins installed, along with 5.13 yukon gears and locking hubs. Has brake rotors, pads and new u-joints for the shafts (shafts need to be installed). Rear is a 2001 F250 Dana 60 with re welded perches to adjust for the lift and pinion angle. On the HP 60 is a tig welded chromoly high steering arm. Steering needs to be set up but comes with original dana 60 drag link and new tie rod ends. Needs driveshafts. Suspension/Frame: all of the suspension on this truck has been fabricated. All together there is about 4" of lift over the stock highboy. The tires fit snug and keeps the truck at a low center of gravity to avoid tipping offroad. Almost 2 feet of the back frame was chopped off to shorten the wheel base to about 110" and the rear axle moved up. The front has massive 1/2" shackles and a beefy front leaf spring mount. The back of the truck has a roll cage bed made from DOM tubing.The frame has been coated with POR 15 and so has the bare body. Tires/wheels: 39.5" Super Swamper TSL's with 8 Lug wheels I have a ton of extra F100/F250 parts that are included in this auction. Sold as is. Message me with any questions.
