Vehicle Detail

This is a "no reserve auction", high bidder purchases car. Up for auction is a very nice condition 1966 Mercury Park Lane Breezeway. If you are looking for a rare big car to restore this ones for you. There were only 8,696 Park Lane Breezeway made in 1966. This Mercury only has 50,219 original miles!! Car has an extremely nice original interior. All the seats and headliner are in amazing shape!! The interior alone is worth more than the opening bid. This Park Lane has newer rear air shocks, solid 9" rear end, power rear breezeway window, power steering/power brakes and air conditioning. All the glass is in great shape with no cracks. All the stainless chrome trim is in great shape and complete. Some trim pieces have already been carefully removed and labeled. Floors and trunk are very solid with only minimal surface rust. Both rear lower quarters will need repaired or replaced. 1 new quarter panel included. About an 8" portion of the bottom side of the frame rail under front passenger is rusted. Should be a fairly easy repair. Please refer to picture. All the parts in pictures are included. The original Marauder 410ci engine and automatic transmission are no longer with the car and can't be included. The power steering pump, driveshaft and radiator are included. This Mercury Park Lane Breezeway is very complete and restorable, minus engine and transmission. Car has always been covered or garaged. I have a clean Colorado title in hand for this beautiful Mercury. Car is located in Castle Rock, CO 80104 aprox. 30 minutes south of Denver. Pictures taken Sunday June 12th 2011. I tried to describe and take pictures of the entire car, good and bad. If I missed something or if you want more pictures please email me. I have hundreds of pictures of this rare car. If you have any questions please email me. Take a look at my feedback and bid with full confidence. Car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early. Winning bidder will need to pay a non-refundable $500 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction end. Remaining balance in cash upon picking up the car. I don't mind if the buyer takes a week or so to pick up car. I understand it takes planning. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I will help buyer with loading car on their trailer. I will not ship the car overseas, so don't ask. This will be one sweet boulevard cruiser when restored!! Good luck to all that are interested. -Thanks for your time
