This is a SUPER good looking AND running Honda Shadow VT 1100 Spirit that has been VERY well cared for. The factory Candy Apple Red paint looks AMAZING! Especially when the sun hits it, she's a REAL beauty! It has low miles, is clean as a pin, and has quite a bit of recent upgrades. Shall we start with the BRAND NEW Vance & Hines full exhaust system ($400), then a Jet jet kit was added ($100), then some new Dunlop tires front AND rear ($300), a backrest ($250), some nice grips ($75), a tank bib ($75), and some extra chrome ($150). Then the oil was changed and a service was done on the bike ($150) SUBTOTAL: $1,350.00. Don't forget labor and TAX ($608) TOTAL: @ $2,000.00 That was all done less than 500 miles ago. (Not including all that running around, shopping for stuff, etc.) Current N.A.D.A. Book value is $4,770.00 That's AVERAGE value, BEFORE the accessories, and please don't forget the other stuff, PLUS the bike is at least one full cut above average for a 2005, I promise it is! The bike starts right up hot OR cold, and runs STRONG! Thanks to the V&H pipes, this V-Twin sounds OFF! It's surprisingly powerful for an 1100, has REAL good throttle response, and it's pretty easy to handle as well! This bike is a complete jewel, and you fully realize that as soon as you ride it. The engine sounds perfect, no strange noises, doesn't smoke, the 5 spd. tranny shifts perfect, and the clutch feels great. The bike sounds TOUGH, but not real loud, the removable baffles are still in. The brakes look thick, and it stops on a DIME. There are no leaks of ANY kind, there are ZERO (0) mechanical issues with this bike. Cosmetically; again, the factory Candy paint looks great, and has a nice metallic pop when the sun hits it. All of the chrome is excellent, and the aluminum even looks great! The only 'little thing' (to be honest), under the tank bib is a very small ding, not worth picturing, but is worth mentioning, should you ever decide to go 'bib-less'.The seats look great, and feel soft, and everything works...she's ROAD READY!
